In my many years and this being my eighth Harley that I have bought I can only say that eight times is the magical number. I have never been treated with so much respect and honesty at any other dealership. I bought my bike on Tuesday and brought it back to the hotel and on Thursday my ABS light came on. As I was going in for a medical procedure that will take all day Ryan immediately assured me they will come and get the bike and that they will have it repaired immediately. When I was able to think clearly at 5 pm I called the dealership and was told that it was all ready to go and that I can pick it up any time. Money cannot buy the level of service and honesty that Redline Harley Davidson portrays. I will buy my next bike here next year from them as well.

I was riding my 2004 Road King into Saskatoon. A three hour drive from the family farm when the linkage on my shifter disconnected. I called CAA to but was informed that my policy did not cover motorcycles. I then called a towing company and had it arranged for them to pick my bike up and take it to Redline. After calling Redline, however, I was told they would come and get me and I could cancel they tow request. They picked me up and loaded my bike and got it to the dealership just before closing time. Once we got there they unloaded my bike for me and repaired the problem getting me back on the road very fast. What I couldnt believe was that they did not charge me for picking me and my bike up nor for the service. Just the parts. Amazing. Now that is services!! I cant say enough good things to say about this dealership. My next purchase. No matter where Im living will be from there. An incredible experience from Redline and there amazing service department

Trevor, What can I say you are a master at your craft!!! Thanks for taking the time to explain everything to me and making sure that I was buying the proper parts that would work great together and give me a great result and not just selling me anything at all to make a sale. The bike is a riot to ride now and I will need to get used to the instant power rush. Anyone wishing to make their Harley a blast to ride really needs to see you. After buying 3 bikes from Redline, I already was well acquainted with their trusted folks up front (Rich and Ken). Other than typical Service stuff, I had my first real experience with the team in the back. Voltage regulator was the problem and no stock in Canada. Not a problem . . . Shad and his Service team had me up and running with very few down days. Over and above the call of duty . . . and I am back riding again. I'm thinking about my 4th HD . . . patiently waiting to see what the 2020 lineup looks like . . . and I will coming back to Redline.

I spent over a year searching the world for the right bike and after a couple of disappointments and tons of research I decided to check out Redline. BANG ... the right bike and customer service like nowhere else!!! Bought a used CVO in Dec. 2018 which meant that I'd have to store it somewhere for a few months before I could ride and that was taken care of as well. Redline has had my new ride detailed, serviced and will have it ready to load into my truck this Thursday. Never a question with the service. I just purchased a 2010 Road King Classic . I took it down to Redline to have a service done before a big trip . These guys are the best . After the great deal and service my son received when he bought his bike, not a second thought about buying again from Redline. Called Guy and he made the deal over the phone, less than 30 minutes. He handed me over to Kass and finance was done, did not even leave the house.
Thanks to Dan and Derek I got the extra bling for my baby. Dale and his boys in the back did their thing making her look even hotter. OH and awesome detailing from the young lady in the shop made baby sparkle. As for me, it took Michelle and Kathy a little more than magic to kit me out with new riding gear.
I have no problem letting people know where I got my new bike and how I was treated. It's an amazing bike, love it. When I picked up baby, Guy took the time to show every detail of the bike to me. They are a class act in Saskatoon.

My son looked for a bike in Alberta; there was not much for selection and price. Checked out dealers in Saskatchewan and Redline had the best selection, their web site was easy to navigate.Called and spoke with Guy and Rich in sales on a Saturday. Finance took only took 20 minutes, less than an hour later had a bike. When we picked up the bike, they treated us like Gold. Guy took the time to go over the entire bike with my kid. Dan and Derek helped with the bling.Dale and his gang installed it all and detailed it, while he signed the paperwork with Kass who was a big help. The ladies, Kathy and Michelle properly fitted the kid out in riding gear.I sound like a commercial, but they really made us feel welcome and a great experience to buy a bike.Hope I did not leave anyone out.

I really hadn't planned on buying a different bike this fall howeverafter visiting Guy, Rich, et al at the dealership they made my decision easy. Rich did a fabulous job with financing, the staff are very friendly and mostly on a first name basis. Dan in parts has superior knowledge of his products. My experience overall anytime I have visited the store has been great and I feel welcome anytime I simply stop in for a visit. Demo days was well organized and a lot of fun to ride the new bikes this year.
Keep up the quality guys ! Just so happens I bought the newer bike on my birthday! Great gift to self Huh !!

"I can not say enough about the staff at redline. We walked in looking for some shirts for a upcoming trip to Mexico and ended up buying a new street bob. Pete was awesome to deal with we never felt rushed or pushed into anything. Even after the sale the whole staff is extremely helpful even with the silly questions. "I loved the atomosphere when I walked into Redline. I mentioned the bike I was looking for and I had mulitple answers even though the bike I had wanted wasnt in the store and we tried a few other similar bikes. 2 weeks later I got a call back saying the bike was in and I should come check it out. That weekend I purchase my first Harley! The staff at Redline was excellent! I came in a week later on a saturday when the service department was closed with a weird noise i could hear in the bike. And within minutes the sales guys had jumped up and checked it out. I was on a trip to Regina that day, but they reassured me I would be able to make the trip with the noise and they even called ahead of me to Prarie Motorcycle in Regina and got everything set up for me to go in as soon as I got to town. "I've never been treated this good at any dealership anywhere. The icing on the cake is the 'detailed bike' that I get back after taking it in for service. I purchased my first Harley in 2006 and am now on my 3rd Harley. The last purchase was even more pleasent as Nick and Nathan both insured I knew of the upcoming price increase and went to work to find the bike I wanted at the price before the increase. I also, for the first time, decided to finance this bike and was more than pleased with the finance arrangements and experience while dealing with Aaron. And, of course, I had to purchase some accessories right off the start and was helped by Brad M. with verbal and written instructions to make the installation easier. I am sorry I didn't get this up sooner but I just found the page! I purchase my 2018 Ultra Limited from Ryan at Redline after 5 or 6 months of searching the internet for a bike, talking with friends (some owners) and even looking some in Alberta. My concerns about service after the buy were what made me buy here! This is not my first bike but it is my first Harley and the experience was everything buying a Harley could possibly be! I bought it for a Chrismas present to my self and a bucket list retirement gift to boot. These guys are the very best! From Ryan in sales, Darren in the service end and Dan in parts, the guys are very knowledgeable and courteous. They listen and give excellent advice and help even to a noob like myself. Side note - their sales department is the best one I have dealt with and I have been in a number of dealerships in Canada and even the US. Best staff and best selection period! Ryan even had my bike delivered up to PA in an enclose trailer and they rode it into the garage for me... no charge! Don't waste your time looking anywhere else... just go see these guys!
